Introduction
As we know in the wind industry, wind turbines are predominantly made of steel, so plus the size of the blade is getting longer and longer, the weight is getting heavier which is why our company AOSHENG is providing a solution by using a very lightweight and very strong that we’re calling Carbon Pultrusion plate.
Carbon plate production process
Before the process we've to Mix and Handle the resin first. Then the process start:
Putting the carbon fiber on the fiber creel, attracted the carbon fiber to an Oven that can be preheating and put out the water, enter the carbon fiber in to the mix resin, a die to control the size and heat, using a cure to make it fix, a meter counter to measure the length, a cutting machine to cut and a Winding machine for Winding the carbon plate
